§ 2-35. Line of succession for Director.

Latest version.

The line of succession for the Director shall be as follows:
(1)

The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, if not already the Director.

(2)

The Vice-Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, if not already the Director.

(3)

Any member of the Board of Supervisors who is not already the Director.
