All subdivisions proposed for development in the Lake Pelham—Mountain Run Lake Watershed are subject to the regulations and standards contained in the Culpeper County Zoning Ordinance, Article 8C, Watershed Management District. The standards include requirements for buffers, BMP's, grass swales for drainage, impervious surface limits and other considerations designed to achieve the best water quality and water resource management objectives in the watershed.
