511 Review of the final plan by the zoning administrator shall proceed as follows:
511.1 The zoning administrator shall review the final plan to determine its conformance
with the standards contained in this Ordinance, with other applicable County ordinances,
and with the officially approved preliminary plan.
511.2 Within ten (10) days after submission the zoning administrator shall either return
the final plan to the subdivider for the purpose of recordation or deny approval and
make recommendations as to the necessary steps which must be taken to bring the final
plan into conformance.
